Unsrew the four grub screws and remove the end panel.

Slide out the metal grille.

Turn the unit over , there is a grub screw which holds the reflector and bulb in place , loosen this screw but do not remove.

The reflector and bulb is now free to move back and forth , postition as you like and re-assemble.

Easy , isn't it ?
